Our Sacred Postpartum Care is a deeply nurturing offer designed to support new mothers during the crucial fourth trimester. Held in the comfort of your own home within the first 40 days ater birth, this offering provides a sacred healing ritual.

 

During our visit, we honor your new path with a range of thoughtful and restorative practices:

 

• healthy snack and tea: begin with a nourishing snack and soothing tea to refresh and uplift you

• sacred bath: relax in a sacred bath while we lovingly care for your baby

• belly binding: experience the ancient practice of belly binding to support your postpartum body (along with a lesson on how to bind yourself, and a bind for you to keep!)

• closing ceremony: celebrate your journey with a meaningful, healing, sealing ceremony

• light chores: let us take care of light chores, such as folding your baby's clothes, so you can rest

• nourishing food: we'll leave you with healing Ayurvedic meals to continue your nourishment after we leave. 

• postpartum support: receive personalized support and education for breastfeeding and other postpartum needs
